Communist Party of Serbia () is a non-parliamentary Marxist-Leninist communist party in Serbia that was established in 2007, in Belgrade. This political party is not a successor of any revisionist ideas that emerged in the communist movement. CPS edit and publish their own web edition of the magazine . The Party is very active on the international scene by spreading the ideas of internationalism and cooperation with all the communist parties of the world. Since the autumn of 2012 acts as an independent faction within the Communist Movement of Serbia, along with three political organizations, parties to the treaty, which make this a political movement.
Organization The highest authority of the party is the Congress. Between two Congresses the party is ruled by the Central Committee, whose chairman is the General Secretary. Executive authority of the party is the Secretary that is represented by 17 secretaries. The party follows the principles of direct democracy and therefore has no president.
