The firm, Carter Fleming, was established by two co-founders, both of which come from the USA and Europe. Through charitable causes in developing countries, the two met and began a firm focussed on providing advisory services to localised charity projects when the firm was established in 1982 , to which, they continue to do today as a Group of companies .
The Group now targets waste related issues and is actively involved in local community initiatives .
The Group has offices in Riyadh, Dubai and headquarters in London. Being a predominantly Middle Eastern focussed firm , leverages of its Board of Directors that include dignitaries and influential people from the GCC . The firm is said to be one of few companies in the Middle East that has actively been involved with sustenance programs and climate related initiatives for some time.
The Group today consists of an Advisory business, established in 1982 known as Carter Fleming Advisory, which specialises in providing financial expertise for advisory, financing and investing services
In 1986, the Group initiated the launch of a property related firm known as Carter Fleming Property. Carter Fleming Property is said to be a specialist firm dedicated to the real estate sector. The firm specialises in Acquisitions, Renovations & Turnarounds, Financing, Leasing, Asset Management and Sales with focus on Europe and the Middle East .
More recently, in 2009, the Group established a new business with human capital focus known as Carter Fleming Search. Carter Fleming Search specialises in human capital management, focussing on Board & Executive level appointments and human capital related services . The firms knowledge centre known as ‘The Forum’ is said to be the central intelligence point for the firms research activities and has active forums .
