In May 2009, Suburban Legends announced via their Twitter update that they were recording a new album. This will be Suburban Legends' sixth album and it is expected to be released sometime during 2010, but no official release date has been announced by the band. Writing and recording of the album has taken time due to the trial surrounding the death of former band member Dallas Cook, both Luis Beza and Mike Hachey leaving the band and the subsequent search for their replacements, and Brian Klemm touring with Big D and the Kids Table during early 2010. Track listing While the album is being written and recorded, Suburban Legends has been releasing hints of which songs will be included on the final album. Studio versions of "Open Your Eyes", a song performed at the 2009 Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon, and "Doing It With You" have both been released as demos on their official YouTube channel. Via their official Twitter feed, the band has announced "Dude Alert" will be included on the album and has alluded to Tom Jones (Moving Closer) being included as well. The band has been dropping hints of the possible song titles and subject matter, including songs about fish.
