Profusion Group is a specialist Banking and Financial Services executive search and recruitment firm based in Sydney, Australia. It consists of four business units - Profusion Executive Management, Profusion Recruitment, Profusion Temporary and Contract, and Profusion Human Capital. History Profusion Group was co-founded in December 2004 by four industry leaders - Rod Jones (Chief Executive Officer), Simone Mears, Alison Loader and Ashton Bilbie. In 2006, Iscope was formed as a joint venture with Profusion Group. In December 2009, Profusion merged with business partner Iscope. Former Iscope Managing Director, Craig Michilis, joined the combined leadership team as a Director. Profusion Group has twice appeared in Business Review Weekly’s Fast Starters List, ranking No. 26 in 2008 and No. 17 in 2009. The firm has also been providing salary data to various Australian finance publications since it started. |
