Bellstar

Bellstar Hotels & Resorts Inc. (Bellstar) is a private corporation headquartered in Calgary, Alberta managing its own portfolio of recreational properties in Western Canada.
The Company
Bellstar manages hotels & boutique resorts in Western Canada. Bellstar currently manages 10 condo-resorts as well as several rental homes across Western Canada.
The Strand in B.C. terminated Bellstar as its manager in 2010 and Mystic Springs, Alberta, terminated Bellstar in 2011.
Resort locations include Canmore, AB, and various locations throughout British Columbia. Bellstar also develops and sells resort condominiums in Canmore Alberta, and in British Columbia.
Bellstar is currently planning and developing resort residential communities in Penticton, Oliver and Osoyoos, B.C.
All Bellstar managed properties are rated in the Canada Select rating system.
History
Founded on May 1, 2003 by Ed Romanowski with Bellstar's first management contract with Mystic Springs. Mystic Springs terminated Bellstar in 2011. Bellstar is an independent property management company. Bellstar's first development contract was in partnership with the Osoyoos Indian Band and together they created Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa, built on band land in Osoyoos, BC.
