Backtract undo series

A backtract undo series is undoing every edit in an edit history until the wanted edit is undone and the earlier revision is reached. This is done when undid edits are wanted to appear in an edit history rather than a restoration to an earlier revision. This is prompted when an edit is said not to be able to be undone and has to be manually undone, although it may be easier to just do so in a single edit. It is probably a neologism(new word).
