Andrew Langer is a lobbyist with the National Federation of Independent Business in Washington, DC. He currently serves as Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs where he is responsible for representing NFIB's members before the federal executive branch. He has testified before Congress a number of times on the impact of federal regulations on small business1.
Prior to joining NFIB, Langer was employed by the Competitive Enterprise Institute.
In the Spring of 2007, Langer was asked to serve on the Board of Governors of the American Biofuels Council2.
