Andrew Beech

Andrew Beech, born in 1959, is a freelance producer for 2entertain and BBC Worldwide.
Production history
*His work has largely been related to the BBC Television series Doctor Who.
*He was a producer on the spin-off drama Downtime in 1995 and later on The Few Doctors, a comedy based on the series. He has worked at BBC Worldwide since 2000 and has produced a number of commentaries and documentaries for the Doctor Who DVD range. His first documentary work was Tales of Isop in 2005, which focused on the making of the 1965 serial The Web Planet. Subsequently he produced Are Friends Electric?, a retrospective documentary included on the DVD of Robot , Tom Baker's first serial in the role of Doctor Who.
*He also co-produced I Claudius: A Television Epic, which covers the production of the 1976 BBC costume drama I, Claudius for inclusion on its BBC DVD release.
Andrew hosted 'An Evening with Derek Jacobi', the star of "I Claudius" at Riverside Studios, London in January 2010.

*Andrew is well known in Doctor Who fan circles, having run the Panopticon fan convention for many years in the 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s.
