Andrea Johanson

Andrea Louise Johanson (born 28 May 1971) is Lawrence Springborg's representative for the seat of Albert in the 2009 Queensland Election.
Career
Throughout her career, Andrea has worked in several customer service roles, particularly in the Hospitality industry. Andrea was General Manager of the Windaroo Lakes Golf Club for 3 years, before commencing her own small business, Carriages Cafe & Catering, located in the original Beenleigh Railway Station inside the Beenleigh Historical Village.
Over the years she has served the local community by being actively involved in local P&F Associations as well as many charity and community based organisations including Girls Brigade and Meals on Wheels.
According to publicity material, "She is committed to working hard, listening and responding to community concerns and standing up to make a positive difference. As a member of Lawrence Springborg's team, Andrea is looking forward to building a better Queensland through improved health services, a stronger education system that delivers results and a more accessible transport network, particularly for the residents of Albert. More importantly, Andrea wants to work in a Government that makes economic growth a priority, ensuring the capability of delivering on the promises it makes."
Personal
Andrea has lived in the local area her whole life, being raised on a small crop farm in Underwood before moving to the Beenleigh districts in 1985 when her parents retired to Bethania. She is the youngest of six children.
She now resides in Bahrs Scrub with her husband Craig. Andrea has 2 children and is a proud Grandma to 3 month old Summer Louise.
