International School of Arizona

The International School of Arizona (ISA), founded in 1997, is a private non-profit language immersion school for all children, age 2 to 11 years old. The school adheres to the curriculum of the world-renowned French and Spanish Ministries of Education, while exceeding American scholastic standards.
The school is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, with convenient access from other cities in the Phoenix, Arizona, metropolitan area. In addition to its full-time immersion programs, ISA offers several extracurricular language, music and movement classes for children in the community at large.
Curriculum
The International School of Arizona offers French and Spanish immersion for pre-k (age 2) through 5th grade. The ISA's unique program follows curriculum set forth by the French and Spanish Ministries of Education and the state of Arizona. This system thus allows ISA students to later integrate into either the American or a European system of education.
ISA currently has 2 language tracks:
* French (from 2 years old to 5th grade)
* Spanish (from 2 years old to 2nd grade)
Summer camps
ISA offers a summer camp program accessible to all children in the Scottsdale / Phoenix metro area:
* French Immersion Camp
* Spanish Immersion Camp
No knowledge in the foreign language is required.
After-school and Weekend Programs
The ISA offers after-school and Saturday language classes in several different languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic, and Chinese) for both beginners and advanced levels. All extracurricular classes are open to members of the community at large.
