History

Zylog Systems Limited namely ZSL in USA and Zylog in other geographies was established in 1995 by Sudarshan Venkataraman. The company is a CMMI certified provider of Onshore, Offshore & Near shore technology solutions and services to enterprises & technology companies across the globe and is a Public Limited Company, listed in the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE 532883) and National Stock Exchange (NSE ZYLOG) in India.

Acquisitions

ZSL has made several acquisitions over the years. In 2004 it acquired IMPEKsoft and JDAN Systems. In 2007 it acquired EWAK Soft. In 2007 it acquired UK based insurance software provider, Anodas Software. In 2008 it acquired Ducont FZ, a mobile and wireless solutions provide based in Dubai, for $7.5 million. In 2010 it acquired Brainhunter, a Canadian IT consulting and engineering staffing services company, for $33 million.

Cons

The down fall of Zylog started from March 2012, where the company defaulted to pay the revised salary to its employees. The situation worsened as months pass by that it defaulted to pay September, October, November, December & January month salaries to its employees. References from its Employees.

  1. Did not receive my Appraisals on right time (This happened on Feb-2012)
  2. After Appraisals were done, the revised salary for 14 Months was not paid (From June-2012 to August-2013)
  3. Finally Revised salary was credited for two months and Now - Employees did NOT receive any SALARY for the past 4 Months(Oct-2012 to Present Date).
