VSoft Technologies Private Limited is an information technology company based in Hyderabad. The company is the development arm of VSoft Corporation headquartered in Georgia, US. The company as a whole is a global solutions provider to banks and financial institutions of all sizes.

In 2004, VSoft Corporation announced its focus on the Asian market by establishing VSoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In the same year, sensing opportunities in the core banking space in The INDIAN co-operative banking sector, VSoft Technologies acquired the assets of Coopman Consultancy, a product shop based in Bangalore, India. Coopman had an established core banking product and a ready customer base of over 30 co-operative banks. Over the last few years, many new banks and credit societies have adopted this product and the number continues to grow.

At present the company has its branch offices in Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi, which serve as database and marketing wings of the company.

Products and services

VSoft’s SuVikas Core Banking Solution is a product developed specifically for DCCBs District Central Co-Operative Societies, PACs Primary Agriculture Co-Operative Societies, Regional Co-operative and Rural Co-Operative banks. SuVikas is a user-friendly, flexible and self-supporting application that permits easy performance and improves overall management efficiency. SuVikas enables cooperative banks to focus more on the business of finance without much concern about the IT.

VSoft is gearing itself up to provide core banking as a software-as-a-service (SaaS). In this regard, VSoft has signed contracts with customers and is reported to be in talks with the National Federation of Cooperative Banks, and state federations like the Maharashtra State Cooperative Banks Association.

Apart from providing core banking solutions to banks in the region, the company also has started providing cheque truncation solution to banks of various sizes after the Government of India introduced cheque truncation in Delhi region and Chennai region.
