Theresa Ibas

Theresa Ibas is a Nigerian barrister who represented the First Lady of Rivers State as the wife of the Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas who was appointed the role by the president of the federal republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu on 18th March 2025.

She previously served as the president of the wives of the Naval officers of Nigeria with her husband as the Chief of Naval Staff of Nigeria at the time.
