Olanrewaju Alaka

Olanrewaju Alaka is a Nigerian public relations officer, communications strategist. He is best known as the founder and CEO of Laerryblue Media, a communications and public relations agency based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Olanrewaju Alaka was born in Osun State and grew up in Ibadan, Nigeria. Alaka finished his secondary and university education in Nigeria and in the United Kingdom. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and German from Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, and then proceeded to Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom where he completed a Master of Arts in Public Relations.

He began his professional PR career in 2017 after founding Laerryblue Media. In 2024 he was named one of the 100 Persons of the Year, the same year he won Best PR Initiative of the Year. Alaka is a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.
