Plot summary
Aaron Smallwood, a [...] Therapist from Greenville, North Carolina, is appointed director of the University of Washington's campus health service. He moves to a large house near the small town of Woodland with his wife Olga, and their dog Mark. Something you don't immediately find out AbOUT Aaron is his Horrible past with [...] and pysical abuse. As soon as Aaron and Olga move into this town children start to disappear.
One of the children that was killed was the son of a local wealth merchant. His mother thinks she finds out this horrible secret of Aaron's and ends up beating him until she thinks he is dead. Aaron is actually only in acoma and is transported to the hospitable after a passerby calls for help. What you soon realize is that Aaron is living in his own personal hell while he is in acoma. He is having nightmares of his abuse, and the abuse and murders that he has committed. But This Is Only the Beginning. The real horror begins when he wakes up.
