Shriniwas Narwekar

Shriniwas Narwekar is born on 13th July 1973 in Mumbai. His primary education held at Mumbai, Sawantwadi & he continued his further education in Sawantwadi. Though he is a B.Sc. graduate, today he is a playwright, director, screenplay & dialogues writer for films & serials. He is also working as a copy writer & translator for reputed agencies.

Preface of the book is written by senior-most mystery stories writer Mr. Ratnakar Matkari. This book has been awarded by ‘Konkan Marathi Sahitya Parishad’ recognizing offbeat writing.

  • Working for Amateur and Children theatre movement since 1988. Won more than 1000 prizes for Direction, Music, Set Design, Lights and Acting; in Regional and State level competitions. Written 6 two acts & 12 one act plays.
  • Designed a City TV Channel ‘SAC’ holding position of Executive Producer as well as Director during 1994-96.
  • Total 14 yrs in journalism. Worked as a Sub-editor/Reporter & Job designer (Art) in print media.
