Unicon Products is a Tokyo based localization and translation company founded in 1983 by President and CEO Mike Sakamoto. The company offers general translation, proofreading, copywriting, consulting and overseas marketing services in a variety of languages, as well as software localization for the video game and PC markets. In recent years, more than half of their business has come from the video game localization market.
Major clients include: Banpresto Co. Ltd., Bridgestone Corporation, Canon Inc., Casio Computer Co. Ltd, NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation), Nikon Corporation, Nissan Motor Company, Olympus Corporation, Sony Computer Entertainment Inc., and Taito Corporation.
