Career

Rajita is a leadership coach and has designed exercises and Learning Tools for professional excellence. She is also a Senior Consultant and Trainer at Transformational Leadership for Excellence (TLEX) and heads its Asia initiative.

Contribution

For her work at World Forum for Ethics in Business and Sri Sri University, she was invited by the United Nations to participate and present a paper at the Global Festival of Ideas, 2017. She has worked on spirituality and ethics at the work place and was invited to share her insights at the Sach Bharat: Spirituality@Work conference in 2015,.
