Jonathan Hawks

Jonathan Hawks Born: Gainesville, Georgia November 11, 1983 at North East Georgia Medical Center. Currently pursuing a professional football career as a return specialist. Played football two years at Rainy River Community College. He then went on to finish his collegiate career at Bemidji State University, where he set numorous Track & Field Records along with his success in football. Nicknamed "Rocket" known for his speed and has been clocked numorous times from low to high 4.2 in the 40 yard sprint. Led the nation in KR yards for D2 throught his senior season and tied the NCAA record for the longest KR in histoy with 100 yards against Northern State. Averaged 34.6 yards during the regular season in senior season. First player in Bemidji State history to average over 30 yards a kick return. Brother Adell Hawks also went to Bemidji State University and is now currently playing Arena Football in Illinois.
