How Dare You (Sistar song)

"Ni Kkajigge" (Korean 니 까짓게) is the lead song on the Third Single Album EP by South Korean girl group Sistar. It was released on December 3, 2010 through Starship Entertainment.

Song

The song's music and lyrics were written by Brave Brothers (용감한형제 Yonggamhan Hyungje). The song in a mix of English and Korean contains the title of the song in the refrain "Baby-baby-baby-baby-baby Ni kkajisge mwonde? (니 까짓게 뭔데)"

Release

On November 21, 2010 teaser images of SISTAR were leaked online for their third single "How Dare You". These new photos described SISTAR's new image concept as "pole dancing", however Starship Entertainment stated two days later that they were aiming for a sporty image concept instead.

Sistar released the teaser for their single "How Dare You" on November 22, 2010. The single was released on music stores and digital music sites on December 3, 2010. The official music video was unveiled on the same day. On December 9, 2010 Sistar released rehearsal video for their tracks, “Over” and “How Dare You” and homepage crashes due to congestion.

SISTAR was set to release their title track, “How Dare You“, for November 25, but decided to delay it to December 3 due to the Yeonpyeong Island skirmish.

The song was written and produced by Brave Brothers, who produced all of their title tracks since their debut.

Promotions

Sistar had their comeback stage on Music Bank on December 3, 2010. The group also performed "How Dare You" on various music shows such as M! Countdown, Music Core and Inkigayo in December and January.

On December 17, 2010 Sistar won their very first music show award on Music Bank for "How Dare You".

Chart performance

The song debuted at number 2 on South Korea's Gaon Singles Chart. The single debuted at number 8 on the Gaon Album Chart on December 3.
