Emotional Transformation Therapy

Emotional Transformation Therapy or ETT® is a propriety process intended to alleviate emotional distress as well as causal physical pain by exposing the patient to highly specific wavelength visual stimuli.

The process uses a "Spectral Chart" and "Peripheral Eye Stimulation" and a light source.

There are four "ETT® modalities":

  • Spectral Resonance Technique (SRT) said to useful to assess and resolve emotional escalation and dissociation
  • Multidimensional Eye Movement (MDEM) is claimed to be a form of psychotherapy that can instantly relieve trauma, Stress and/or somatic anxiety
  • Peripheral eye stimulation using a propriety light emitting device
  • Attachment-based interpersonal process - described as "the “Rolls Royce” modality of ETT®"
