Hopper Technology Solutions
HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions) is the business-to-business division of Canadian travel technology company Hopper, which provides travel technology and travel-fintech products to banks, airlines, and travel providers.
History
In 2021, Hopper launched HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions) as its business-to-business initiative. In 2022, the company partnered with Capital One.
In 2023, HTS partnered with Air Canada to integrate travel fintech on the airline’s website and subsequently launched a travel booking platform for Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
In 2024, the company partnered with Nubank in Latin America and Sumitomo Mitsui Card Company (SMCC) in Japan. It also partnered with Tripadvisor, introducing in-app hotel bookings powered by HTS.
In 2025, the company announced integrations with Frontier Airlines, Virgin Australia, and Jazeera Airways.
Products and technology
HTS products include Disruption Assistance for Any Reason and Cancel for Any Reason, which are offered on partner's direct channels. The division also supplies commerce solutions that power white-label booking portals with loyalty integrations and travel cross-sell for partner institutions.
In October 2025, HTS introduced HTS Assist, an AI agent for airlines and travel providers.
HTS customers include Lloyds, SMCC and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. The division also works with travel providers including Frontier Airlines, AirAsia MOVE, Air Canada, Virgin Australia, Tripadvisor, Uber U.K., and Jazeera Airways.
