Arva AI is a financial crime prevention company that offers AI-powered compliance and business-verification services for banks and fintech firms.

Arva AI was co-founded in 2024 by Rhim Shah and Oli Wales. In late 2024, the company was accepted into the startup accelerator Y Combinator. In January 2025, Arva AI raised a US$ 3 million seed funding round led by Gradient Ventures.
