Fred (tv series)

The Fred Show is a Flash animated television series based on the YouTube videos, Fred. This series is created by both Lucas Cruikshank and Craig McCracken (The Powerpuff Girls). The date was said to be February 16, 2010. The pilot episode, the christmas special, might air in Christmas Day, or in February 16, 2010.

Difference between the Fred videos and the animated series

• This show will be animated with Adobe Flash. Fred's design will be either his teen form or his kid form.
• Fred will be voicing the characters. Plus, his voice will be digitally edited to sound higher or lower.
• Craig McCracken will create new characters for Lucas to voice.
• Fred will not have braces, as seen in the merchandise.

Pirated animated series

There was a flash animated short featuring teenage formed Fred being killed with a gun by a man titled "A New Friend".

New characters

• Denst Monogola: Fred's freaky next door neighbor who dresses in a Hawaiian jacket. He has similar caricatures through Lil John with his catchphrases: "What?" and "Yeah!". Sometimes, he says his "What?" catchphrase so many times that Fred gets annoyed and he speaks normally at the end. Denst sometimes does a little jig and uses his fingers to point at items that shows him what he is saying. Lucas' voice will be digitally edited to sound lower for Denst Monogola's voice. Denst is VOICED by Lucas Cruikshank. Denst will sound kind of like Lil John.
• Donald "Don" Williams: Fred's quiet and peaceful friend. Fred often annoys him when he is either trying to read a book or watch a TV show. Don's favorite author is Judy Blume. Don's favorite food is salad and coleslaw. Don sometimes uses the catchphrase "I had just AbOUT enough of you Fred". Then, Fred calmly walks away. Don is also voiced by Lucas Cruikshank using his regular voice.
• Browny Doug: A skater who loves skating through south parks. He calls Fred "fungus" or "funk". He has a girlfriend named Jenni. Browny is voiced by Kenan Thompson and Jenni is voiced by Crystal Scales.
• Owl McOwlowl: An old owl who is the librarian of Cruikshank Library Center. His catchphrase is "Shhh!" and "Be quiiiii ettt!". Voiced by Phil LaMarr.
• Officer Pete: The officer of Cruikville. He calls Fred a little youngster and doesn't care about Fred's actics. He is red-headed. He is voiced by Tom Kenny.
• Ross Bagdasarian III: A character based on Ross Bagdasarian Jr., he is the creator of the Alvin and the Chipmunks parody, Raccoon Rascals. He is also voiced by Lucas Cruikshank making his voice sound low-pitched.
• Raccon Rascals: Three parodies of The Chipmunks. Albert, Seymour and Timothy are voiced by Lucas Cruikshank as well using more chipmunk like voices.
• Gary: A rock-star voiced by KISS leader, Gene Simmons.
