Federal Land, Inc.is a real estate firm in the based in the Philippines owned by George Ty, a Forbes-listed Filipino-Chinese businessman which owns Metrobank.
History
The company begun in 1972 as Federal Homes, Inc. which constructed Soler Tower catering the Filipine Chinese community in Binondo, Manila. Soon after, it built other high-rise condominiums in Makati City and Manila.
In 2002, the corporate name was changed to Federal Land Inc. It partnered with the Metrobank Group.
It building residential condominiums earned the company 2007 Developer of the Year Award from the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association (CREBA), a Philippine-based real estate industry organization.
Federal Land today is one of the most reliable company in real estate market in the Philippines.
