Cityland Development Corporation

Cityland Development Corporation is one of the pioneering real estate companies in condominium development in the Philippines. It is a contemporary of Ayala Land in developing high-rise condominiums in Makati City, Philippines. The company holds the no. 1 position in the number of condominiums built. Currently, the company has 22 high-rise condominiums in its portfolio mostly sold out.

History

Cityland Development Corporation, formerly Statehouse Development Corporation, was incorporated in the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 31, 1978.

In 1982, the company launched its first low-rise condominium in Makati City.
