Since 2000, he has helped build Saigol DDC from inception into one of the largest funds investing in super-prime London property. Saigol DDC has bought, developed and sold projects across the most exclusive addresses in super-prime London including Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair, St. James's Park, Regent's Park and St. John's Wood.

London Super-Prime

London’s prime property market continues to outperform the prime markets of New York and Hong Kong. In its 2013 Wealth Report, Knight Frank found that global high net worth individuals continued to rank London as the number 1 global city.

The super-prime end of the market has always been the leader in quality materials and craftsmanship as well as the test-bed for new technologies. Typically, leading architects, designers, artists and artisans from around the world provide personalised, impactful work.

Interests

Faisal is an avid traveller having travelled to over 40 countries, motorcycled across Thailand, researched red leaf monkeys in the rainforests of Borneo, hitch-hiked on container ships and sky-dived in Florida. Faisal enjoys world history, tennis, skiing and boxing.

Philanthropy

Faisal is committed to giving back and is particularly involved in improving the access of underprivileged children to education and in the conservation of wild tigers (of which only 3200 remained globally as at 2012).
