European Centre for Comparative Commercial and Company Law

The European Centre for Comparative Commercial and Company Law (Centrum C-law.org, Europejskie Centrum Porównawczego Prawa Gospodarczego i Prawa Spółek) is a non-profit, think tank - type organization with registered office situated in Cracow, Poland. It's organization is governed by the Polish Act of 7th April 1989, Law on Associations.
