Eric J. Bartosz
Eric John Bartosz (born April 19, 1976) is an American author, business executive, and educator.
Early life and education
Bartosz was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, in 1976. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University and an MBA from DeSales University. He later completed executive education coursework in leadership through Harvard Business School's Online Program.
Career
Bartosz has hold senior positions at Contra Vision, Windsor Marketing Group, and Sihl, Inc. In 2016, he founded BAR40, which began as a personal development program and later expanded into published works and coaching resources.
He is also the founder and chief executive of a consultancy named BAR40 Fractional Solutions.
In addition, Bartosz is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at DeSales University, where he teaches leadership and strategy.

Bartosz is the author of two personal development books:
