Colin Megaro

Colin Megaro (born September 25, 1977) is an American fashion stylist best known for his numerous publications and for working with celebrities. He is best known for creating the idea of "Shopping in Your Closet."

Early life

Raised by a style-conscious family in Massachusetts, Colin’s interest and zeal for fashion began at a young age.

Career

Colin Megaro is the founder of Planet Style Concierge, a styling service that offers personal wardrobe consultations, style analysis and makeovers, closet editing, group shopping, and other styling services based out of New York and Los Angeles.

As a celebrity stylist, Colin Megaro has worked with James Tupper, Julie Benz, Daren Kagasoff, Johanna Grønneberg, Candace Cameron Bure, Allie Owens, and Carrie Preston.

Most recently, Colin Megaro has been extending his celebrity presence in international markets such as Norway. By collaborating with Johanna Grønneberg, Colin has had the pleasure of being included in an upcoming Norwegian reality series portraying the lives of successful Norwegian women living in Hollywood.

Personal life

His philanthropic credits include Hetrick-Martin Institute, Metropolitan Museum Young Associates, Metropolitan Opera Young Associates, Jeffrey Fashion Cares, GMHC, GMHC Fashion Forward, GLAAD, and the Northstar Fund.
