Bull (Cartoon Character)

Bull is the main protagonist of the 2025 adult animated comedy film Fixed, directed by Genndy Tartakovsky and released on Netflix.

A quick-witted but neurotic mutt who prides himself on still having his testicles (unlike his neutered friends), Bull panics upon learning his owners plan to neuter him the next morning. Believing his "manhood" defines his confidence and appeal — especially toward his crush, the elegant show dog Honey — he rallies his buddies for one last chaotic adventure in the city.

Bull is characterized as lovable, funny, confident yet deeply anxious and shy — essentially "every man" as a dog, according to Tartakovsky. His journey leads him to realize self-worth comes from within, not anatomy.
