Beef! is the first half of episode #1.09 of the animated television series Dave the Barbarian.

Plot

After watching a guy she likes choose a big muscular she-male over her. Princess Candy seeks instant muscle gratification, which she gets by eating the magic brocolli. But she gets addicted to it and eats more and more until she is a giant, muscular, hideous Beast for a woman, with the brain the size of brocolli

Pop Culture References

• Candy choses the nickname, the Can. Which is an obvious reference to wrestling legend's Don Muraco wrestling nickname "The Rock".
• Using puppets to educate Candy's young mind is an obvious refernece to several children's educational program, the most well known is Sesame Street.
• South Park - When Candy jumps a hole through the floor and Dave asks Fang if she reckons Candy's okay, he uses his puppet voice pretending the puppet's actually talking.
