Barua Alauddin Dewan High School is established in 1984. This is located in Dhaka which is on the East side of Shahajal Int'l Airport... It can take half an hour to reach to this school...

The present Principal of Barua Alauddin Dewan High School is Md. Gias Uddin who was formerly a Senior English Teacher.

Presently it has AbOUT 26 teachers and if all staffs are included it will be about 30.... Currently there are about 700 students studying in this school...from class Nursery to class Ten...

This school is performing pretty well in its academic result...

In 2005 ,this school made an excellent result which was the inception of getting A+ (Anik Islam) in SSC for the first time from this school...

Students are regularly getting A+ in SSC exam and they are making good result from Business Studies, Arts & Science Groups.
