Art by Chance Ultra Short Film Festival

The Art by Chance Ultra Short Film Festival is a public art event that takes place in 26 countries, 260 cities. It presents ultra-short films in unexpected and non-theatrical venues, such as subways, buses, airports, cafes, malls, trains, sports centers, art galleries, museums and bars. The movies are one minute long, presenting a single idea, without rules or guidelines. Video submissions are judged by a professional jury. It has been organized since 2009. A fifth EDition is scheduled for January 15, 2015.
