Apteka-95 Pharmaceutical Firm, Inc.is a Ukrainian multinational pharmaceutical corporation. The company is based in Kharkiv, Ukraine With It headquarters in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Totally Apteka-95 Pharmaceutical Firm has three offices in Kharkiv, one office in the capital of Ukraine - Kyiv, representatives in Moscow and China. This firm holds one of the biggest STOCK for final medicines and APIs in Ukraine.
History
Apteka-95 Inc. was founded in 1995. The company started from sales of medications to state-owned and commercial enterprises. Now it has evolved into a versatile corporation which provides service to pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations all over the country and CIS.
Departments
By now Apteka-95 Inc. has over 700 employees working within the following departments:
- Ametrin Ltd (the wholesale Department Of final medicines and the representative of the trade mark Malyshok offering products for children)
- Apteka 59 (the [...] chain with the stock of more that 7000 items pharmaceuticals, infant's food, cosmetics produced by major Ukrainian manufacturers)
- Medtechniks Ltd (supplies hospitals and healthcare organizations with medical equipment)
- Centre of medical equipment Ltd Centre of medical equipment Ltd (the company is engaged into production of medical equipment as well as warranty service and out of warranty repair of medical equipment)
- The research and production laboratory Granum The research and production laboratory Granum (this is the first Ukrainian company producing kits for the diagnosis of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases)
- "ALVEKS Ltd." - is a company which over 10 years has been in the Ukrainian market in the field of diagnostic test systems, chemical reagents, disposables, consumables and laboratory equipment.
- SpineLab Ltd - a company engaged into production of liquid stable reagents for medical biochemistry.
- Yaroslana Ltd - the factory producing different types of bedclothes, medical clothes, towels, pillows, covers, mattresses and other products for medical facilities, hotels, health resorts, hospitals.
- Crystal Ltd - a chain of laundries for hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
- Tour-market Ltd - offers health resort treatment service for children and adults.
Apteka-95 Inc. cooperated with the majority of Ukrainian pharmaceutical factories.
International Trade Department
The main field of Department's activity is supply of APIs, consumables, precessing and laboratory equipment to Ukrainian pharmaceutical manufacturers.
International Trade Department consists of four divisions:
Analytical and Laboratory Equipment Division is dedicated to supply and after-sale service of analytical and laboratory equipment.
Co-workers: Elga Labwater, Rion, Froilabo, Crison, Denver INSTRUMENTS, Bioquell, PG Instruments.
API Division offers wholesale supplies of ACTIVE pharmaceutical ingredients, consumables and auxiliary materials for pharmaceutical, veterinary and cosmetic industries.
R.L.Fine Chem, BioFac, Gudc Bioscience, Hikal, Croda and others.
Pharmaceutical, Food, Cosmetic Equipment Division is responsible for supply of processing and packaging equipment for pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industry.
Fuchs Machinen AG, Timatik, Watertown, Kwang Dah, Greatwall and others.
Team of experts working in Logistics Division provides all divisions of Apteka-95 Inx. with logistic support. It covers drawing up contracts, cooperation with carrier companies, providing shipping documents and customs clearance.
The main aim of the Medication Wholesales Department is to provide services for pharmaceutical institutions and healthcare organizations all over Ukraine.
