Innovus Pharmaceuticals is an over the counter consumer goods and specialty pharmaceutical company. It manufactures consumer care products to improve men’s and women’s health and respiratory diseases.

Overview

Innovus Pharma was founded by Dr. Bassam Damaj in the year 2009, with its headquarters being located in San Diego, United States. The company is also engaged in commercialization, licensing, and development of safe and effective non-prescription medicines and consumer care products of both men and women.

In 2014, Innovus Pharma acquired Semprae Laboratories, which dealt with improving women’s [...] lives.

In February 2015, the company acquired Novalere, Inc. and its worldwide rights to the Fluticare™ brand (fluticasone propionate nasal spray). In April 2015, Innovus Pharma  entered into an distribution agreement with Tabuk Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company, based in Saudi Arabia. In the same year, the company signed a license and distribution agreement with Bio Task for the sale of its product in Malaysia.

In 2016, the company acquired Austin, a Texas based Beyond Human.

This product is used to enhance [...] health and brain health in both men and women. Vesele is a proprietary oral formulation of L-Arginine and L-Citrulline with the natural absorption enhancer Bioperine.

Zestra

The product Zestra is used for the treatment of female [...] disorder. Zestra is currently approved in 36 countries.This is the first National Health product to receive the approval for the indication of FSI/AD in Canada.
