Andy El-Bayeh
Andy El-Bayeh (also published as Andrew El-Bayeh) is a marketing executive and the co-founder and chief executive officer of the communications agency Example.
Career
El-Bayeh joined Merivale in 2011 as group venue marketing manager. Merivale promoted him to marketing director in 2015, and he left the company at the end of 2016.
In 2017, El-Bayeh co-founded the agency Example with Rebecca Jarvie-Gibbs, with whom he had previously worked at Merivale. The agency launched in June 2017, specialising at the time in public relations for the hospitality, lifestyle and travel sectors, and later broadened into brand, creative and communications work. In 2019, El-Bayeh and Jarvie-Gibbs opened Example House, a co-working space in Rushcutters Bay, Sydney.
In April 2020, Example began a pro-bono initiative, named Good Example, for hospitality, travel and entertainment businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In September 2025, Example partnered with Accor to launch Table For, an in-house food and beverage group for the Pacific, as its founding creative partner. In 2025, El-Bayeh relocated to Dubai to lead the agency's Middle East operations, and Example opened its Dubai office in November 2025.

El-Bayeh and Jarvie-Gibbs won the PR, Media and Events category of the 2021 Sydney Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
