AIHL Conference Finals

The American Inline Hockey League (AIHL) Conference Finals are the Eastern Conference and Western Conference Championship series of the AIHL. The Conference Finals is a three round span of the Champions Cup playoffs. The first round is a round robin where each of the three division champions play one another once with the second and third seeded teams facing each other in best-of-three series with the winner advancing to the conference final versus the first seeded team in a best-of-three series. The conference final series are the conference equivalents of the Champions Cup Finals.

Before the 2009–10 season, the Western Conference only had two of its three divisions competing in the conference finals.
