2012–13 AIHL Elite season
The 2012–13 AIHL Elite season is the fifth season of operation (fifth season of play of the Elite Division) of the American Inline Hockey League (AIHL). The regular season began on December 1, 2012 and will end on April 20, 2013, with the playoffs to follow until May. The National Finals will begin on May 17 and will end on May 19, with the national championship.
Regular season
Standings
Each of the 23 teams play a 24-game season of an unbalanced schedule. The top four placing teams in each division qualify for the playoffs, making a total of eight playoff teams in each conference.

Playoffs
The 2013 playoffs started on Saturday, April 6, 2013 and end with the National Finals championship on May 19, 2013 taking place at the Las Vegas Roller Hockey Center in Winchester. The Oakland Goodlife, the two-time AIHL Elite Division champions, were eliminated in the Pacific North Division finals, ensuring a new champion in 2013.

AIHL Elite awards
Awards are presented at the AIHL Awards banquet, held in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 18, 2013. Nominees for voted awards are announced during the playoffs and winners are presented at the award banquet. Voting concluded immediately after the end of the regular season.
