Microfederalism is a political theory that advocates the abolition of State governments and the redistribution of sovereign power to very small, local political units. Simultaneously, it retains the autonomous power of the Federal government in certain circumstances. The theory was pioneered by the American political scientists Jesse Morgan and Stephen Kirkus.

Qualo formerly known as Qualoheem, West- side Chicago hip-hop crew Qualo formed on the campus of the city's Lane Tech High School. According to Bob Mehr's profile in the August 26, 2005, edition of the Chicago Reader, founders Chicago Shawn (born Shawndell Lewis), Shala Esquire (Olusola Akintunde), Preast G (Trevell Ruffer), and Ken Winz (Kenneth Bayliss) were lifelong friends who spent their childhoods immersed in rap, honing their skills at local talent shows and street corner battles. After first appearing on a series of underground mixtapes, in 2000 Qualo issued its own compilation, Movementality, in addition to opening gigs in support of KRS-One and DMX. Their 2003 mix, Chi Bangin': The Movement Catalog, sold in excess of 10,000 copies, guaranteeing an installed fan base prior to the mid-2004 release of their debut LP, Believe. In the summer of 2005 Qualo signed to Universal, just prior to the release of Preast G's indie-label solo debut, Fear God, Tell the Truth and Make Money.
This group is known for their diversity in the hip-hop world. Their sound has been classified as “political” or “alternative” rap. They’ve also worked with many Chicago - based artists such as Lupe Fiasco, Kanye West, Twista and influential producers The Molemen.

London Buses route H18 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, United Kingdom. The service is currently contracted to Arriva The Shires.

History
Before route H18 was operated by Arriva The Shires it was operated by Metroline at their Harrow Weald garage, first using midibuses and then Dennis Darts, running from Harrow Weald to Harrow Bus Station via Belmont Circle, Kenton and Northwick Park (Monday to Saturday except evenings).

Arriva The Shires gained the contract of route H18 in 1998, at their Garston garage in Watford, using brand new low-floor Volvo B6BLE/Wright Crusader 2 single deckers with the double deck appearing. it was extended from Harrow Weald Bus garage to round the corner to Elms Lane Courtenay Avenue to replace part of the withdrawn route H15.

In 2006, it was extended again from Elms Lane Courtenay Avenue to Harrow Bus Station to replace the withdrawn route 350, turning route H18 into circular route, running clockwise and the anti-clockwise direction was renumbered H19, similar to the anticlockwise dirction of route H10 which was renumbered H9 in 2005.

The H18 and the H19 gained an evening and Sunday service later that year.
