Ben
Ben (portrayed by Richard Stanley) is Andy's roommate. Ben would happily call Andy his "best friend", except he has a busy schedule reading magazines and buying six pack bottles of beer. Man 4

Mail Carnaval is a shopping mall located in Greenfield Park, Quebec, Canada. It is located on Taschereau Boulevard, near Greenfield Park's borough limit with neighbouring Brossard. The mall is named after its biggest anchor at the time of its opening, Super Carnaval (the ancestor of Super C). The mall opened around 1984.
A Jean Coutu pharmacy was one of the original tenants, but soon moved out (the space would later serve as the location of the current Zellers years later). American fitness chain Gold's Gym had a brief presence in the mall in the early 1990s but closed, and was eventually replaced by Famous Players movie theatre (now closed). Other notable tenants that once made business at Mail Carnaval include a Do it Center hardware store, the National Bank of Canada and Moores.
Up until 2007, Mail Carnaval was an indoor shopping centre. For the past 5 years or so, Mail Carnaval gradually began loosing it's small tenants and started to ressemble a dead mall. In the summer of 2007, the last small tenants left the mall and the indoor section has since been barricaded and enclosed through a wall. Only the major tenants from the strip section of the mall: Super C, Zellers, Dollarama, Mexx, Energie Cardio and Cohoes Rio Sud are still in operation.
A popular Quebec fitness chain, Nautilus Plus, currently has its corporate head office in the mall, just next to a branch of competitor Energie Cardio.
