Story

When Iggy’s village of the hidden Isle of Mists is over run by a hoard of golems he leaps into action, although rather half heartedly and defends his people as they make there escape. He is then required to travel Mot Gaea, in order to find the remains of the man who centuries ago, created the golems. Only he holds the key to ending the siege of Iggy’s homeland. Unfortunately, the remains of a high sorcerer are powerful and highly valued items of interest among the least reputable creatures of Mot Gaea, and on top of that, Iggy has no idea where to start looking. Could Iggy’s new found companion be able to help him there?

Iggy and Egon travel to the Sacheodj Village of the Tanager woodland in order to meet the legendary Druantia, the high peer of the natural realm. She informs Iggy of the peril of his task and how he might uncover the scattered remains belonging to the high sorcerer that he seeks. They soon team up with Leonard the dragon lord and fly all over Mot Gaea collecting the high sorcerer’s remains and returning them to Druantia.

As it turns out a young entrepreneur had come across the head of the very same high sorcerer that Iggy has been searching for and purchased it as an investment. He had intended to use it to animate the sorcerer’s ancient golems and drive the people of the hidden isle of mists from there home that he would then claim for his own. Can Iggy recover the remains and undo what had been done in time to save his people?

Mot Gaea

This is one of the many worlds that exist within the Vendensetsu and is, like all of the others, connected to it via a Venden gate. The Venden gate is located by ‘Yggdrasil’ or ‘the world tree’ which is the embodiment of the spirit of the planet. This is the point from which all life native to this world originates and to where all life that ends on this world returns. This is the place that Golem Relictus and Another Story takes place.

Characters

Ignavious Duce (The Hero)
The overconfident Iggy, never challenged as a youth, excelled at everything he ever turned his hand to. This good natured but over confident, prodigy of all things is for the first time actually being tested and pushed to his limit as he leaves his sheltered home and looks out over a new, far larger world. To him of course, this journey is “a bothersome waste of his time” and he can’t wait to get it over with.

Egon (The Sidekick)
The clueless ball of fur that is Egon happens upon the hero of the story when running from the first golems as they begin to rise from the earth and sea around the hidden isle of mist. This young Sacheodj is a dweller of the Tanager woodland and devoted servant to the lady of the forest, Druantia.

Druantia (The Wise Guide)
The legendary deity of nature provides the voice of wisdom that will guide Iggy on his way as he travels across Mot Gaea in pursuit of a way to save his homeland.

Leonard (The Trusty Steed)
The lord dragon that Iggy and Egon befriend. He transports them to whichever destination that they desire… eventually.
