Hindu Matha Dharma Paripalana (HMDP) Sabha, Moothakunnam, Ernakulam was established in 1882 under the guidance of Asthavadhani Parishudha Vishista Paranatha Khanadana Venkatagiri Sasthrikal, an Andhrite theologist. He was the founder president of HMDP Sabha. Erezhath U Krishnan Vaidyan, Srimoolam Praja Sabha member, as founder secretary, motivated by the teachings of Sree Narayana Guru.

Toc H Institute of Science & Technology was established in 2002. It is located in Arakkunnam, Ernakulam, Kerala, India. The campus has three blocks:
- The Main Block (Aryabhatta Block) named after the Indian Scientist Aryabhata
- Einstein Block
- Visweshwarayya Block.
The college is headed by principal Preethi Thekkath and follows Bloom's revised taxonomy for education. Dignitaries including former president A.P.J Abdul Kalam, I.S.R.O Chief Dr.G. Madhavan Nair have visited the college.
The College of Engineering, Thalassery (COET) is a public institute of technology located in Kerala, India. It is one of the six engineering colleges under CAPE (Co-operative Academy of Professional Education), established by the Government of Kerala in 2000. Sri E.K Nayanar, the then Honorable Chief Minister of Kerala, laid the foundation stone of the college. The College flourished into an institution is affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) and the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The mechanical and electrical departments were accredited by National Board of Accreditation in 2018.
