The World of Fallorn (formerly Battle of Vidonia) is a play-by-post game. Founded in September 1999 by a group of students attending Opeongo High School, it started out as a pen and paper game where the races were created by the players as well as the original cities. It soon branched out into a play-by-post as demand increased for people to play the races that they created. It was picked up by Hospin Gaming in early 2002 but shortly closed afterwards. It has since reopened under the guidance of Stolen Sun Studios. Setting Taking place mainly on the continents of Vidonia, the world is inhabited by the more common fantasy races, such as elves, goblins, and trolls. New races created by the original players of the game include four-armed Stilochs and the lizard-men Shekar. Publicity Battle of Vidonia was featured in Flagship Magazine, issue 94. |
