Workforce Software is a company that provides the WorkForce Suite, a cloud-based program that helps businesses and organizations manage global employee time and attendance, absences/leave and accommodations, scheduling, labor forecasting, data capture, analytics, compliance, and employee productivity. It was the first, and is currently the only, vendor in the workforce management software market to offer a product with a rules-based system. History Workforce Software was founded in 1999 by Kevin Choksi, Mike Knister, and Kathy Cannon. In 2014, Insight Partners became a majority investor. In 2015, Mike Morini was appointed as CEO. Then in 2019, Evergreen Coast Capital, a technology-focused private equity arm of Elliott Management Corporation, became equal partners with Insight Partners. In January 2020, the company announced involvement of intelligent automation. It then became an Oracle HCM preferred partner later that month, and also partners with SAP SE and Cerner.
