Pinnacle CEO Recruiters, Inc. is a Santa Monica, California executive search firm focused exclusively on recruiting CEOs for private equity groups with executive sponsorship programs, in which private equity firms partner with a CEO first and then work with a CEO to acquire a company, with the CEO assuming the CEO position of the acquired company. The company is one of only a few search firms in the U.S. focused exclusively on management buy-in transactions.
