William "Lil' Willy" Raines (born 14 February 1995) is a Filipino-American rugby player who currently plays for the under-19 Philippine National Rugby Team. On 10 December 2014, William was handed his first cap for the under-19's side against Singapore in the ARFU under-19 Div. 2 Championships. He made his second appearance three days later against Malaysia. In those matches, he wore jersey numbers 2 and 3, respectively. Raines plays hooker and tight head. Personal life Billy was born in the United States of America. He has a younger sister. He is currently dating Vietnamese model Mary Tran. |
