Ashley Purdy

Ashley Purdy (born January 28, 1984) is an American musician, bassist, and backup vocalist for the American rock band Black Veil Brides, which consists of Andy Biersack, Christian "CC" Coma, Jake Pitts, and Jeremy "Jinxx" Ferguson. His parents died when he was young, so he lived with his grandparents until he was 18, when he moved to California for college and to pursue his music career. He was in the bands Orgasm, Children of the Beast and Stolen Hearts, both of which he no longer plays for.
Before Black Veil Brides
Before Black Veil Brides, Ashley had started 3 bands. Orgasm, Children Of The Beast (a Motley Crue tribute band) and Stolen Hearts (a Guns N Roses style band). He met Andy Biersack through Craigslist when he was contacted for position of bassist. He intended to steal members off Andy but rather stayed with him instead as a member of BvB because he liked their style.
