WikiTaxi

WikiTaxi is a portable application that delivers of any language to any computer or mobile phone without requiring any internet connection.WikiTaxi enables reading, searching, and browsing offline.WikiTaxi is multilingual,a person can view different language s. It also works well with the Wiktionary and WikiQuote. A person may save multiple Wikis to disk and use all of them with WikiTaxi. It uses the original database dumps, which are usually updated every few weeks.If properly imported, WikiTaxi will display a random page when you reopen the application and you can then browse to any page of your choosing. WikiTaxi supports wildcard searches, AND and OR searches, and more, and is ideal for browsing on a large USB drive. WikiTaxi is a free download for Windows only. It is compatible not only with but also with other parts like Wikibooks or Wikinews.
Searching for pages
To search for a page name, a person will have to enter a search query into the top edit control (CTRL+L). The syntax supported is:
*Capitalization- WikiTaxi is not Case sensitive.
*Negative terms- Putting a minus sign (-) in front of a word will only search for pages which do not have this word in their names.
*Automatic "and" queries- WikiTaxi only returns pages that include all of a person's search terms.
Development
WikiTaxi was developed from a simple script.Later,in Jun 2010,the most-up-to-date version was released.
