Esobi

eSobi is a multi-functional, multi-language client software application. It combines an RSS reader, a meta-search engine , a podcast receiver, and an information library in one application. Since 2007, a "light version" of eSobi, called eSobi News Center, has been pre-installed on Acer computers worldwide.
History
eSobi was first developed by esobi Inc. in 2006 to be a Windows-based shareware for receiving and reading news via RSS, cross-engine web searches, and central data management for Internet information gathered. It is one of the only few RSS readers that is awarded the Certified for Windows Vista logo to assure the full compatibility with Microsoft Windows Vista. eSobi also received the Compatible with Windows 7 logo in June 2009.
In the first quarter of 2007, eSobi became the software partner of Acer Inc. and has been seen preloaded on Acer's desktop and laptop computers, including the well-known netbook Aspire One. eSobi can also be found in Transcend V30, V33, V35 USB flash drives and some of the MSI motherboard models.
